24-Hour Cancellation Notice
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling 24 hours prior to the appointment.
** There is a 15 minute grace period for lateness. If you are more than 15 minutes late there is a possibility that we will not be able to service you depending on how soon our next scheduled appointment. We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to make your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients.
No-Show
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 20% of the service total.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service to avoid impacting the next client’s appointment.
Deposit Requirements (if applicable)
A deposit may be required for select services or new clients. This deposit will be applied to your service but is non-refundable in the event of a no-show.
NO REFUNDS
The studio does not issue refunds on any services provided. However, we strive to give the utmost satisfaction to our clients and if you are not satisfied with the work performed, we will make every effort to ensure we rectify the situation.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Our staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.
